Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours will incur a 25% service charge. If you are late, we have a 15-minute grace period as we run on a tight schedule with back to back appointments.
